    Drip lounge locations

    • Please note that the CDC no longer requires people to wear a mask indoors in the state of New Jersey, in order to do our part to keep our staff and clients safe, we are still requiring masks in all drip lounge locations.

    Mobile orders

    • Payments will be charged once the appointment has been confirmed by a member of our team or at the time of service.

    • Mobile fee (based on distance and time) will be charged if our nurse arrives to your appointment and does not render the service.

    Cancellations

    • WE REQUIRE AT LEAST 24-HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE OF CANCELLATION. IV Elements understands that situations may arise that require you to cancel or postpone your appointment. We kindly request 24-hours notice be provided if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    • For appointments in our drip lounge: If you cancel your service less than 24-hours in advance, there is a $100 cancellation fee.

    • For appointments mobile: If you cancel your service less than 24-hours in advance, the price of mobile based on time and distance will be charged as a cancellation fee.

    • For NAD appointments: If you cancel your service less than 24 hours in advance, $250 will be charge for our drip lounge appointments and $250 plus mobile fee will be charged for mobile appointments as the cancelation fee.

    Refunds

    • In the event that a package or series of treatments has begun, but does not fully complete, these services will be considered to have been rendered. Should you wish to discontinue your treatment in the midst of your package or series of treatments, you will not be refunded for the unused treatments.

    Packages

    • All packages have a 5 month expiration from date of purchase. Packages cannot be extended or frozen. Packages cannot be transferred or shared to other parties. Packages can only be used in our Hoboken or Asbury Park Lounge. All sales on packages are final.

    Membership

    • 3-month minimum requirement. You can cancel your membership for the next month, we do not return an already charged month without services. There is no rollover as well.By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that all memberships require a minimum commitment of 3 months. Memberships operate on a subscription-based payment plan, and if you do not utilize your membership IV for any given month, you forfeit that month's service. Unused services cannot be credited or refunded. Memberships may be canceled at any time; however, payment will be due for the remainder of the current month and the following month.

    Payments

    • The following payment options are available to you:

    • Cash: Cash discount program is the price reflected on website and treatment menu.

    • Credit Cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. A 2.4% processing fee is applied for EMV/swiper transactions. A 3.2% processing fee is applied for manual entry (FSA/HAS), cards without a chip reader, and American Express.
